5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

6. Returns & Refunds

Baddie Stack generally does not accept returns or exchanges for used or worn jewellery, change of mind, or incorrect product selection.

Returns, replacements, or refunds may be considered in cases such as:

  • Incorrect products being delivered
  • Packages confirmed as lost in transit

Any eligible complaint must be raised within 48 hours of delivery and may require photographic or video evidence.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.

Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
